Form-Masters offers you 2 options for choosing continuous checks and continuous forms: Black Imprint or Form One SP. Please read the information below to find which option best fits your organization's needs and then use the search options to find an appropriate continuous check or continuous form.

Form-Masters has many computer forms and computer checks that work with many popular software manuafacturers and programs such as Quickbooks®, Quicken®, Peachtree®, Timberline®, MAS 90�, ACCPAC®, CYMA®, Macola®, and many more.

	Option 1: Continuous Black Imprint The Black Imprint option offers continuous checks and continuous forms imprinting your company logo/heading information in black ink ONLY. Continuous checks are available in your choice of 5 linen or 3 marble background pantographs. Continuous forms are available in the background color shown. For a desired typestyle not offered, please supply your organization's camera-ready imprint layout as your typestyle when ordering. 	Option 2: Continuous Form One SP The Form One SP is an option where your continuous checks and continuous forms are printed completely in one color, including your logo and heading information. There is the availability to add a second color for a slight up charge for two-color printing. When ordering continuous checks, you have the availability to select from 51 backgrounds and 58 borders, two of which are security borders. Continuous form backgrounds are available in 6 different style layouts. Select from 14 imprint colors and 6 typestyles for both continuous checks and continuous forms.
